the welcome was friendly. the check-out process was efficient. i booked this hotel because of its proximity to a local filming event.. it really exceeded my expectations. the parking was easy, and the room was nice and neat.
i found that the barman was trying to close early when i arrived back at almost midnight after attending an event.

staff members were prompt and offered an upgrade. the reception team provided a warm welcome and demonstrated true professionalism. housekeeping maintained excellent standards, everything was super clean and always polite.

the room provided complimentary bottled water. it also featured a coffee machine for convenience. the comfortable bed and nice shower enhanced the stay. a kettle with various teabags was available.

The staff showed admirable professionalism. I must mention raja ram's service at reception. i also appreciated the warm welcome with a cookie at check-in. the hotel's location near the ealing common tube stop proved advantageous.

the breakfast was acceptable with lots of choice.
my room was not clean, i found a previous occupant's watch in the shower. the air conditioning wasnt working, i was told it was broken and staff provided a noisy fan. they didnt explain the extra charge.
